Come make your 'BodyBurn' with a calorie-crushing, high-energy, fat-melting, total body workout that incorporates hip hop/latin dance, and kickboxing. Class will show the hottest hip hop rhythms with the latest dance movements for maximum results. Total body workouts are key. So, after the cardio segment, we continue with an extreme 'BodyBurning' strengthening workout. We will focus on major muscle groups from tricep/bicep combinations, to abdominals, to glutes and quads, but NEVER to forget the most important....your core. Stretching is also an emphasis in class because flexability is crucial to a healthy body.
You can begin classes anytime, as the routine set changes weekly.
